  • What is included in rent?

    Rent for all units includes water, trash removal, snow removal, and heat.

  • What fees do you have?

    The move-in cost is the first month's rent, one month's security deposit, and a non-refundable $250 cleaning fee. After the first year is complete, the lease becomes a month-to-month agreement unless the tenant chooses to renew, with 30 days' notice required to move out.

  • Are pets allowed in Pineview Apartments?

    We understand that pets are important members of your family. Our current policy allows up to 3 cats or 2 dogs, allowing residents to keep their furry friends with them. However, specific guidelines, restrictions, and additional fees or deposits may apply. It's always best to check with our leasing office to get accurate and up-to-date information about our pet policy.



    Pets are permitted - a maximum of three cats or two dogs.

    $25 fee per pet per month.

  • Do you have on-site parking and storage?

    Each unit is provided with two parking spots, and bike racks are available. Additionally, 4'x4'x4' storage units are available exclusively for tenants in buildings 902, 904, and 906.
